I've also used Adobe Flash CS5 because our school used to use Dreamweaver for their website. It is way more sophisticated in what it can do, but that is actually how I learned to do basic animation. In fact, Peter Reynolds, of Fablevision (Animationish) demonstrated basic animation on Flash at NETA one year and made it look so simple that I finally tried it. Students have no trouble figuring it out! If you are lucky enough to have Adobe Creative Suites, give it a try!

I have taught secondary science and math for 21 years. The last few years I have focused on allowing students to use more tools to either learn those subjects or show what they have learned. I am also very interested in video production, both in the classroom and for my own personal projects.
I attended ISTE2010 in Denver--amazing! So glad to be back at ISTE and in beautiful San Diego! I belong to NETA, which is the Nebraska affiliate.
